Purchased a certified pre-owned car less than 9 months ago. Somehow it passed the 150-Point Quality Assurance Inspection, yet at the first oil change it needed all new brakes and rotors, the transmission just went and it needs new struts. Over $5000.00 within those 9 months. Wondering if they even looked at the car before selling it to us!!!! Reached out to dealer 2x with no response. Will be reporting to better business bureau.
This is my second Kia Sorento from Premier Kia of Branford. I had about a month left of my lease and dropped in to look around. I walked in at 12 and drove off with my new lease at 2. Nathan and the rest of the staff made the new purchase so easy--which is why I came back. I will definitely be back in 3 years for another lease! Thanks Premier Kia!

Wonderful appointment and saved me time with 4 little ones present and watched my Kia get a oil change and the receptionist welcomed them with snacks and free WiiFii 👍
