Absolutely terrible. Sold me a car with a bad O2 sensor. Check engine light came on the day after I brought it home. They wanted to charge me to have it fixed when it was something they obviously were hiding. Very shady with their cars/work and the service manager was very rude.
Recommendeda good owner he runs a good business
I took my car there for service and to replace a bad air compressor that's covered by warranty and the service supervisor told me that the owner Robert Alvine cancelled my appointment because I posted a bad review on Google for their service! Obviously they care about their reviews more than their customers in the community. If you're thinking about going there... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I will be posting this on all social media platforms now.

I was at Premier Kia yesterday for an oil change and the service girl was awesome she was very helpful I asked if they had touch up paint because I have a couple of chips in the paint and she got it for me and brought it to me in the waiting area. When my vehicle was done she went over what they did so she was very helpful.
I wanted to look at new cars but couldn't get anyone's attention.
Nathan is the best salesman at Premier KIA, got a Soul from him in 2011 and it’s still running great today, and maintained entirely through premier Kia, the only car dealership I’ll go to or send my friends to!
Go see Dave Thomas. He is very educated...smart...honest...and will help you get the car of your dreams. He actually cares about his customers.
