I used Premier for an oil change and tire rotation on my Soul. It was the first time I used their service as my regular dealer was booked up for an additional week. I was very happy with the services performed on my Soul and the pleasant attitude of their employees.

The service has been great! Premier is without a doubt the best dealership we’ve ever worked with. They went out of their way to research a problem with a trailer hitch on our Sorento, which we brought used from another dealer. Repairs that could have cost thousands of dollars (the defective hitch electrical system burned up electronics in the rear of the car) wound up being covered under a recall. I was concerned about my brakes making grinding noises and was told that the next appointment was over a week away. I was ready to go elsewhere but a cancellation was noted and I got an appointment in a timely manner. Thankfully, the work was done and other than the price, I am satisfied and feel safe with my brakes.

July 13, 2020 I still LOVE my car and today brought it in for its first service. I had hesitated being elderly and concerned about Covid-19, however, Kia Service alleviated all my fears and made the service visit an unrivaled experience. Check-in was a breeze with everyone wearing a mask and keeping a social distance.
