RecommendedI had 2 recalls on my car. I went in spent about 45 minutes and got a free car wash! I enjoyed the fast service. I love my Kia Optima!
Walked in Saturday to talk about my end of lease options and drove away on the same day with my new beautiful 2021 K5!! I have been taking my Sorento to Branford Kia for 6 years now and have always been given great service. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend my friends & family to take their car there.

It's not that I don't recommend them. It's just that they're expensive. A $39.99 oil change, inspection & tire rotation and $24.95 wiper blade change came to a total of $82.17 after "shop supplies, hazardous waste disposal & file/data retention archives" and taxes. And I had coupons for both services. I can't imagine what the cost would've been without them. And I was told that my wipers would say "KIA" on them. They don't. I called to find out why I was misinformed and was told that some sizes don't say KIA on them. The pre... read more

Those prices were before all taxes and fees – and the coupons do say they don’t include them. Funny, posted negative comment 2 days ago, they responded by PM & removed my comments. They offered to have me bring car back to remove the smell. I live an hour away. Salesperson would not allow us to test drive car alone during Covid. Windows down, masks on, salesman in car. So of course the overwhelming smell was not as bad with windows down, masks on.
