If i could rate it lower i would. Your service department destroyed any chance of myself or my wife ever buy another car from your dealership again. I wont even bring the car back for the rest of the free oil changes or tire rotations that was included in the sale

I purchased a used 13' Ram 1500 from my salesman Bobby Arel. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Bobby and the finance manager Kenny. Bobby was very knowledgable even though it was not a Kia. He worked with me and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process! I called these guys for a remote start on my wife's 2015 optima. They were more than happy to help me make sure I got the right part! I told them the local dealer wanted almost 500 for the part, they saved me a bunch of money and was still cheaper than the dealer by a lot even with second day shipping to california. If we ever need any parts for our car, we will definitely be calling them! As for their service or car sales I can't say anything about them, as I have never talked to anyone but the parts guy. Extremely rude, they don't believe in customer satisfaction, I've had nothing but issues with my 2014 KIA forte I've called the corporate office no response I had mold in my car. My passenger side of my car would leak when it would rain and Derek the service manager made up so many excuses. I bought tires from the dealership and when I picked up my car there were all scratches on the inside of all 4 of my rims near the lug nuts he refused to fix or replace my rims. This is the 2nd Sportage I've gotten from Premier Kia. I have gone to many, many dealerships throughout the years. Premier is hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST!! They are friendly, they listen to what I want and need, they are never pushy. They really continue to strive to earn my business. Go see Mitch in sales and Brian the general manager. I did not buy a Kia from Premier and boy am I glad! I just received an insulting and condescending phone call from Jason who was apparently upset that I went with a different dealership. That's how the business works, Jason! Thanks for your sarcastic phone call and for ensuring I will NEVER buy a car from Premier. Way to go!
I just bought my new 2014 Kia Sportage from Premier Kia. I was very happy how I was treated. They made my decision very easy & comfortable. It wasn't just a sale its more of a friendship between me, Dan, Jason & Cynthia.These 3 people are great what they do. I highly recommend Cynthia Carasone as a sales consultant. I also recommend to buy from Premier Kia. Regardless how far you live, they make it worth your time & trip. And of course leaving out with a new Kia.
