Do not go anywhere near this business!! I paid a deposit on a car on the 13th February 2025, the deal fell through and I'm still waiting for the deposit to be returned to me on the 03/03/25. I have had to request my bank to look into it. Every time I phone I have been given a complete cock and bull story by John in sales, who by the way was very rude, arrogant and dismissive. I recently bought a pick up truck from John Robinson and the team at Premier. The service I received has been astoundingly professional, I couldn't be happier with my vehicle and all the good work the team have done for me at Premier. I would 100% recommend using them and I will definitely be back when I decide to purchase a new truck.
