I've definitely heard more than one nightmare story from people trying to buy their home. This was not the case AT ALL with Michelle, she made the process really easy for us. Our purchase was anything but easy, there was more than just paperwork involved and any questions we had were answered promptly. I would HIGHLY recommend Michelle Nikolay at Premier Home Lending! It really did feel like it was more than just a loan.

When my son needed a lender for purchasing a home, I automatically suggested Michelle at Premier. There was never a hesitation or second thought. She did such a fantastic job helping my daughter a year ago, I had to send my son her way. She did not disappoint. She was so kind, thorough, attentive, professional, and knowledgeable about every aspect and process. It was truly smooth sailing the whole time for him. Michelle was amazing! She was patient, easy to work with and never minded answering questions; even if it was 2-3x a day. For a first home time buyer she made the process easier than ever expected. I would definatley recommend her to any and all people.

I can't say enough good things about Michelle and Premier Home Lending! From the first time I reached out asking about the pre-approval process to the day of the closing she was always there helping along the way to answer any questions. She went above and beyond with her communication to both my girlfriend and I as well as the real estate agent we were working with. She couldn't have made buying our first house together any easier!
