Was told these were the only folks who had the type of coolant are AC needed. Waited over a week for an appointment to be told they couldn't by law put enough coolant in. Was never told any such thing when making the appointment or wouldn't have made it. Was told by tech I needed a new part to put a different coolant in and he would send a quote. Never sent a quote and I had to call to see what's up while still without AC. Was then told they weren't going to fix it because I was mean to the tech. I asked if they did business... read more
