William did a resin patio surface for us. He was competitive price wise. Him and his team did a great job at the time. It was a lovely finish and I even recommended him to others….. PLEASE READ Fast forward 18months it was evident that the resin had lost colour. Premier driveways completed our resin drive in November 2022. Seven months later, in June, black spots appeared in the resin! Will gave us a date he would come and rectify the problem but he failed to arrive. Over the last 2 months we have left voicemails, text messages and sent an email to which we have had no reply. There is a 10 year warranty on the resin drive. It looks a mess. Update: I now have another problem with the resin driveway - the resin is crumbling and areas of the driveway are just loose gravel.
