I came to this supermarket last year and had a friendly experience when Emily and Josh dealt with me. However, this year I feel like the standards have really gone downhill. I reserved a car online and when I rang up asking for my payment to be refunded as I’d gone with another company, they weren’t very friendly on the phone. Do not buy a car from here every car we looked at clearly had engine issues. We saw an MG ZS 2020 plate which had done “25000” miles, and the oil light, engine management light and battery light lit up on the dash. And we reserved a peugeot 3008 which clearly wouldn’t start and had the glove box ripped out so clearly had electrical issues. Which they claimed the car was not ready yet and the leather seat had a slit in, which he offered to “repair” the vehicle also stunk of dog and was dirty.
