They were unable to replace the battery in one of the remote keys that I had paid for. They gave me the key back unfixed and a battery to go and do it myself. If they were unable to fix it, why do they think that I can? Hostile and unfriendly staff. I said good morning, the staff on the desk did not even bother to repond or acknowledge my presence. No one else was in the ofice at the time.

Had my car for 6 and half hours and by 14.30 they still hadn’t looked at it so drove it out.

My whole experience,was entirely positive, friendly and efficient. Extra touch was remembering that I had left a mileage tracker in the car. Patrick retrieved it and posted it to me, a gesture that went above and beyond, much appreciated.
