Premex state in their correspondence that you should attend the consultation on time and by yourself. Well my consultantation was at 1pm, we were seen at 1:20pm, and out at 1:40pm. The consultant barely examined me, and had no MRI scan in front of him and just repeated notes from my medical records. The avulsion that I had with considerable pain was hardly mentioned, which I am still in pain.
