RecommendedTuesday 7/21 I returned because I was dissatisfied with the work done on my 2016 Avalon the previous Friday. I was taken in immediately. My car was given manager's priority. This time the work was done well. The previous Friday was the only time I have not been satisfied with the work performed at this dealership. Customers are usually treated like royalty.
I am SO done with this dealership! The service folks do not care about the customer. I think if the sales staff realized what happens in the service drive, they would be appalled. In any case, I refuse to buy another vehicle here!

I have brought my 2013 Avalon hybrid here for service since I moved to a Tucson in 2015. While I love the Avalon product, I am very leary of ever buying a Toyota product again due to having Precision Toyota being one of the very few dealerships in the area. After the way I was treated today, I will never bring any car into this dealership for service.
