They are friendly and professional and have a nice waiting area and free drinks and a snack bar for a small fee or they offer to drive you somewhere else to wait and pick you up when your car is ready.

They have a ridiculous mask mandate enforced by their security mask Nazi. If you are by yourself nowhere near anyone and pull your mask below your nose he hunts you down and tells you to pull it above your nose. The Pima County mask mandate only requires that you wear a mask when social distancing isn't possible. I was literally 100 feet from the nearest person. I walked out because of the stupidity.
Everything went smooth and on time. Lindsay was very cordial, and helpful to my needs for this service appointment. I will be coming back to this Toyota dealership for my upcoming services to my car.

Jeff did a really great job. I wish though the service team prior to his amazing service would have let me know about a credit to my services that I lost out on or you could at least credit my service the amount. Kinda sad I’ve had I only go to you for service but the last person prior to Jeff didn’t let me know about credits I have to my services.
