I love my car & Precision Toyota service is outstanding!
Laura was the one who helped me with the whole operation and was the SWEETEST woman. She made me feel comfortable, since this was my first time financing a vehicle. She helped me with any questions I had and made the whole process enjoyable!! Gene, the man I talked to about finances, was also an amazing human. He helped me understand what I was putting my money towards and getting me the best prices possible! Without these two people this process of getting a new car wouldn’t have been possible, so thank you! 🤩

I do not recommend this dealership if you are looking to have warranty coverage. Also, their customer service is terrible in general. When I first made the appointment, I asked for the earliest drop off time. I was told 7am. When I arrived at the dealership at approximately 6:55am, the service doors were already open and there were at least five cars in each of the three service check-in lines. I believe Precision Toyota of Tucson's service department is operating deceptively. I took my car there for service because there was buildup on the inside of the forward facing safety camera. The camera operated normally, but I was concerned that it may cause a malfunction in the future. I tried to resolve the issue with the dealership directly and through the BBB to no avail.
