Laura was the one who helped me with the whole operation and was the SWEETEST woman. She made me feel comfortable, since this was my first time financing a vehicle. She helped me with any questions I had and made the whole process enjoyable!! Gene, the man I talked to about finances, was also an amazing human. He helped me understand what I was putting my money towards and getting me the best prices possible! I do not recommend this dealership if you are looking to have warranty coverage. Also, their customer service is terrible in general. When I first made the appointment, I asked for the earliest drop off time. I was told 7am. When I arrived at the dealership at approximately 6:55am, the service doors were already open and there were at least five cars in each of the three service check-in lines. I believe Precision Toyota of Tucson's service department is operating deceptively. I took my car there for service because there was buildup on the inside of the forward facing safety camera. The camera operated normally, but I was concerned that it may cause a malfunction in the future. I tried to resolve the issue with the dealership directly and through the BBB to no avail.
