very likely , i was treated very well , all procedures were explained very well , my treatment was very nice , did not suffer any complications , staff was also very pleasant and helpful, very very professional

I went into ER with acute stomach pain and Dr. Serrano removed my appendix and had excellent bedside manner! I give him 5 stars, covering everything. Follow up visit was excellent and was in and out in a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

I was in the office twice and both times were super quick and easy. Dr Serrano explained the surgery and the staff answered all my questions. They worked with me to find an affordable solution and helped explain my insurance benefits. Suzy, in particular was a huge help and I spoke with her several times throughout the process. I'm healing up great and the surgery was a huge success.
Dr. Serrano is a conscientious and deliberate professional. He had time for my questions, none of which were dodged or scoffed at.
