Dr.Serrano was a great Dr. He explained what he was going to do and before the surgery came in and checked in. The office staff was pleasant and professional. When I saw the Dr. in his office I was ushered in and seen in a timely manner. Both follow up appts. I was seen early and was out of the office before my scheduled time. I would recommend Dr. Serrano and his office for any surgery. I had a cyst removed and the Dermatology office recommended Dr. Serrano and I am thankful for that.
I love the staff and I would high recommend this office, I had a hard time finding someone to do my surgery.
Dr. Serrano was fantastic to work with! He took time to answer my questions and made me feel at ease. Scheduling was fast and easy and everybody I worked with was helpful and kind. There was very little wait time and with my post-op I was seen as soon as I walked in. Highly recommend Dr. Serrano and his practice.
Everyone attended to me very well, Altagracia did a great job in explaining and helping me through the surgery process, everyone helped out tremendiously.
He did an excellent job on repairing my hernia, I am extremely pleased. it was a major hernia not a minor one. It required him do open surgery and apply mesh

Had a very nice experience with the office and would definitely come back if needed. The Surgery Scheduler was so nice.
Dr.serrrano put alot attention and is really good, he operated inguinal hernia. People kept telling me that i wouldnt be able to walk but i was fine and walking out of sugery. Able to return to work three weeks after surgery. Dr.Serrano has holy hands.
