Suzy wasn't prepared with information & contradicted other instructions. Acted "put out' when asked for clarity. Rest of office is wonderful. Most important, Dr. Serrano was outstanding & competent.
He did an excellent repair job on a very complex hernia. He did great.
To Whom it may concern, I had a Ventral Hernia Dr. Serrano and his staff were great, from being flexible in scheduling to the surgery itself. I had minimal discomfort post-op and by following his instructions, I believe I am recovering very expeditiously.. Best Regards, Dan McDonald
Wonderful doctor and staff. Would highly recommend Dr. Serrano. Office visits, and check in for surgery to post-op appointment was excellent. Dr Serrano took the time to explain everything thoroughly.
