Went in for the consultation… Team stated would send to Insurance and then send me the Estimate for the procedure. 3-4 weeks past and I call to follow up as I did not receive an estimate and was told they could send me a Cash estimate… ohhhh but since it was too many weeks past not able to send me the estimate, I never received and by the way oops not able to do CASH estimate either…would need me TO COME BACK IN FOR ANOTHER CONSULTATION -and charge me again-As things may have changed!!! Scandalous!!! No Thanks!
I found Dr. Serrano to be quite insufferable and often downright rude.
Treatment went perfect! Office staff was fantastic! Had to move out of state to take care of my mom and called for a my records and had no hassle what so ever! Hate leaving and losing contact with Dr Serrano and his office of employees!
After suffering with a hernia for nearly three years I found Dr. Serrano’s practice. He is extremely experienced and explained everything to me. Got me into surgery less than a month after my first consult. Surgery went smoothly and everything happened the way he told me it would. Dr. Serrano and his staff were amazing and took outstanding care of me. If you need hernia repair you will be making a good choice trusting Dr. Serrano and his team.
made an appointment for a cyst removal. After finally seeing the doctor, he immediately told me it would be a consultation and they cyst would need to be removed a different day. Fine, less than 15 minutes in the back office then dismissed due to an office emergency. Spoke with the office staff to schedule the surgery, they advised it would be $1800 because my insurance won't cover it, but they'll do a cash price of $500. Fine I book it, cover comes along... It was good, I wouldn't have proceeded if it wasn't great since the beginning. Every in the office is great.
