I have used Precision for the past 15 or so years and they have always met or exceeded my expectations. They are expensive but very thorough and will always return quickly if there is a problem with what they did (or even to fix what someone else did prior to their work).

Beware Precision Plumbing!!! I had them come out to do an estimate on garbage disposal removal, not replacement, just removal. They wouldn't give me a estimate over the phone but said they would wave the service call fee to have someone come give the estimate. Just before Precision came out I also got another estimate over the phone from an independent plumber which was $190. (I also watched a ******* on disposal removal just so I knew if pricing was fair.) The plumber Precision sent said it would cost $950 to remove!!! When... read more

We had them out here a few weeks ago because our water heater failed. At first, we were impressed about how quickly they were able to get someone out to see us as other plumbers were not available for several days and they were able to get someone here within a few hours of our original call. That is the only positive thing I can say about them. Once the technician assessed our needs, we were quoted a flat-rate price of $4,400 for a 50 gallon water heater. ******* from Precision was great to work with! Knowledgeable, courteous and prompt! He went out of his way to locate the part I needed since there were quite literally only two located in the four corner states. He had the water heater fired back up and working flawlessly inside of two hours. Stupendous!
