Precision has replaced my furnace, air conditioner, tankless water heater, and recently solved a bathroom leak. Had a A/C system check-up performed by Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric. My 24-year-old system passed the test and was performing within expectations, given its age. The system continues to cool very well, even on the hotlist days. Will give consideration to replacing the unit, either with a new cental air system or a high efficiency heat-pump within the next year or so to improve the efficiency and reduce electrical usage.
