I got up to a cold house for some reason the programmable thermostat didnt turn on the furnace when it was supposed to. **** ******** did a terrific job replacing a zone valve on my boiler. He was able to source a different manufacturer's product than what was used before, enabling us to get the part much faster. He also removed some unnecessary devices, at my request, and got the boiler working in zones that hadn't worked in several years! I consider him to be the most skillful boiler technician I've come across in years.

**** was timely, polite, covered his shoes to prevent tracking in dirt, personable, efficient and professional. The appointment was to inspect and service my 10 yr old furnace. He made suggestions to prevent future failure. I had spent several thousand dollars with Precision for plumbing and therefore this service was free for the year. These guys installed a water heater that looks like it fell off a truck. Dented all over. I'll have to get it inspected by another company due to the poor quality Hi, ****.
