Complete and utter incompetence! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THEM.After the third try they still could not complete the job. From the very first appointment I requested to have the dimensions of the crawlspace access and what machine to bring for roots in the sewer line. The first time, the tech tried to bait and switch for 5X the quoted price! then after talking with ****, his manager, we rescheduled and agreed on a price that was just over 2X the original quote. I worked in construction and contracting for 25+ years. I have seen the good, the bad, and the horrific. Precision Plumbing provided excellent and prompt service. The work, a below-grade, gas-line leak, was done quickly and neatly. ***** **** was friendly and explained the work clearly and in detail. Its rare for me to see this in the contracting world; ***** was stellar from diagnosis of the problem to completion of the work. Highly recommended!

Beware of this company. I Scheduled a furnace inspection and clean a month in advance and was called the night before telling me that they were too busy because of the heat wave in ******** and would have to reschedule my appointment. Because I didnt want to reschedule, she tried to say that I was cancelling I told her she cancelled as I had contracted for July 18, 2025 and they were the ones not coming that day. Precision was great until after the pandemic then they got super expensive. Just had a new electrician come in, a smaller company, and said we had aluminum wiring.
