************** On 6/13/23, *************** came to service an electrical issue. He was very through with an explanation and fixing the issue. I would definitely recommend him for your electrical issues and will ask for him by name if ever need electrical help again!!! DEFINITELY 5 STARS!!!
I just had an annual servicing of my AC unit with Precision. The you g man was very thorough and even sprayed the outside of the unit to clean the coils. The technician was extremely polite and answered all my questions completely.

**** was great. Personable, *********, great at fielding all my questions. And there were many!! Never made me feel dumb-- respected all of my inquiries. Was concerned about aesthetics and unit placements for best air flow. Took the time to discuss alot of options and ballpark pricing.

Excellent an exceptional service ever I experienced in my lifetime.Since COVID-19 lots of companies have given themselves extra permission to ***** to the public, not precision plumbing. It seems that their hearts have grown even bigger. Highly recommend it.

*** was outstanding. I had another company come a few days prior and they mis-diagnosed and installed the wrong part. With an ****** blast headed in, I decided to call the first company, but also Precision as a backup. First company was struggling as Precision showed up (about 4 hours after initial call on a Saturday). The problem took some time to diagnose but *** figured it out and saved us from having to winterize inside for below 0 temps and move to a hotel.
