This is what I think; He came to repair my faucet ONLY. He educated me WELL with things I needed to know as a female senior, regarding things to look for & things to do. He would show to me & explain the problem as to what he was doing. VERY PROFESSIONAL!! Unfortunately, because he was SOOO KNOWLEDGABLE, & I TRUST HIM, I am going to go into a little debt, bite the bullet & have him do 2 more repairs that I was putting off. I am WILLING to wait a month or more for him, if he is booked up. Thats how good he is!!!!!!

**** was very helpful and explained things well to us. When we got the estimate it wasn't quite so painful as we had a huge leak. I would use their service again.
