This entire team is very responsive. I left a message in the morning and my call was returned as soon as they opened. I got an appointment that same day and the scheduler was very efficient, friendly and professional. We received a text that showed what our technician looked like and a courtesy call when he was on his way. The technician was very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with the excellent service we received and our entire experience with this company. Thank you!

***************** came to the house this morning to give us a quote on central A/C. He was on time, professional and very informative. He took time to ask us questions about our current cooling/heating situation and to figure out what our goals and expectations are. After a thorough inspection of our house, he was able to give us a rough estimate for a new system with the understanding that a formal quote will follow on email. We are very happy with this experience.

Precision Plumbing's Charles O**** and Juan did a great job installing our new AC system. Charles is very knowledgeable about all aspects of heating and AC, and will happily explain everything about how the systems work, and various heat/AC system options appropriate for your home, so you can be well informed to make the best decision. We also had Precision replace our furnace and water heater a few years ago - again excellent job and service. We highly recommend Precision Plumbing.

After an unfortunate visit from a Precision technician who did not resolve our issue with our home smoke alarm system and merely told us to install a new system, **** came on a follow-up visit the next day and immediately set about fixing the problem, assured the system is working, and then provided recommendations on system replacement options that I may pursue in the future.
