The furnace went out this morning so I called Precision and they were here in an hour and replaced the thermostat. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and overall wonderful.

After two experts from two other companie and two workers from Excel tried figuring out why I was not getting heat in my home over several days ***** from Precision showed up as scheduled, was profesional, fast and efficient and figured out the issue and fixed it quickly. They are not the cheapest service in town, but you get what you pay for. Every time we've needed them, their service has been quick, efficient, and high quality. Very nice service staff, too.
