Just want to say thank you to your engineer dave. He was so respectful and helpful today. With the lift being out. He carried all my monthly shopping up 8 flights of stairs because Asda wouldn’t. He also helped me back up as well. What a credit this young man is. Thank you dave and thank you for coming to let me know that you got the lift back into service. Absolute gentleman.

Takes an obnoxious and inconsiderate amount of time for parts to arrive for repair jobs. On an estate full of elderly and vulnerable residents, we have had to wait an average of at least 6-weeks per instance the lift needed a repair. There also seems to be no complaint procedure neither.

These manage the lift servicing and repairs for westminster council. They're your classic lowest bidder, never show up or resolve anything outfit. Our elevator has had the same issue for 5 years, every summer the setting sun heats the door up causing the metal to expand and stopping the door from functioning as it was installed without taking into consideration what tolerances it would need to function reliably while dealing with constant use, environmental factors and wear and tear. I got stuck in the lift in my building, one of their engineers arrived in only 12 minutes!!!
