They knew what they were doing. The materials cost was a little high, but the labor charges were not too bad.
Service was timely and courteous. Actual cost of job was about 15% higher than phone estimate. Garage door spring replacement was estimated at $210 ($50 service call, $150 for the spring + tax), actual cost was $240. Technician charged $30 more than quoted for the spring. Technician also recommended 2 springs at $140 a piece ($280 total) instead of 1 spring at $180. Technician did a 25 point inspection and found the rollers worn out. He quoted $180 to replace them. I was very pleased with the services the precision done with my garage door. The tech arrive on time nad made the repairs clean up any mees he made to my property. The tech was very pleasant and professional, after assessing the problem he explained it and indicated what had to be done in order to repair it.
