They were behind schedule and did not show at the later estimated time. I had to call to follow up. I ended up missing another appointment. The staff was very courteous and thorough. The full estimated cost I could expect to spend was not clearly explained over the telephone.

Please note it is difficult for the office staff to give an estimate over the telephone, without having seen your garage door. We look forward to serving you again in the future.
The repairman called in advance and arrived on time. He was extremely courteous and professional. He gave us advantages and disadvantages to certain types of repairs and materials we asked about. The job was quickly done and the repair was explained thoroughly before we signed the receipt. I would absolutely recommend this vendor for garage repair service.

Prompt, knowledgeable and resonable cost for a minor service call.
They arrived on-time and completed the job well. They did try to upsale me on adding additional springs for the door but since the door went 10 years without an extra spring we thought it wasn't needed. They also charged $40 more than they quoted for replacement of one plastic gear and I thought that was a a bit excessive. Their prices were on the high end but for an emergency such as a broken spring they came quickly and completed the job on time.
