Precision Garage was not able to take care of our problem because they could not get the right part to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of the door so we will have to pursue other options. However the agent they sent (Gerard) tried his very best to help us. He was knowledgeable and thorough and tried to get what we needed. I would rate him very high but unfortunately the company needs to increase its ability to offer more complete repair options.
Very timely response from my request to having the job completed. Prices were slightly better than the competition and the professionalism displayed by the service technician was excellent.
