Well once I logged on to ServiceMagic, Kim was calling me before I called her. Very pleased with the service. Kim knew what my problem was before sending someone to repair it. They weren't able to fix it the first day they came out. But was there the next day. Wasn't expecting to pay as much as I did, but I do understand because of the nature of the problem.

Response time for my immediate need was without question 5 star. Called at 8:00 AM and service truck was at my door within two hours. Price for parts and installation seemed excessive, but what do I know.
