The techs who came were very professional and polite. Installation was done promptly. But I felt misled on price. I spoke twice with the office and both times she explicitly told me the cost of replacing my garage door torsion springs would be $160-200. Only after techs arrived was I told that the price was PER spring. So my cost doubled!!
