At $170 per torsion spring, I feel it was a bit expensive. Not sure what a reasonable price is, though.
Precision prefers to use their own hardware -- but they installed something we already purchased without any trouble. They were fast, and it works great.
They were prompt arriving at scheduled time. Installation was excellent and removal of all materials is a plus. Columbia Md.
5-star treatment and service! The estimator, J.R., was fantastic with answering my questions while looking at the job. Received a military discount as well! The door was ordered from the factory and took about 10 days to arrive. The installer, John, did a fantastic job and answered all my questions as he worked. Total install took about 3.5 hours. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Laurel area - local craftmanship is not a lost art with Precision Garage Door!
Very nice, came out the first day, no estimate, said he will bring someone else out. came back within 3 days fixed it. A week later something else went wrong and they came right out and fixed it. I would hire them again.

Precision came the same day, gave me a great overall analysis of my system and recommendations for repair. Repair was done quickly and my garage door is working great.
repair was more expensive than i would have liked but i needed the repair done quickly. i did not shop around for prices.
John the installer was GREAT! On time, great work, and cleaned up after the job. He made sure I was totally satisfied before he left.
