The response was immediate after initial inquiry. Precision emailed "in advanced" photo-IDs of technicians they would send to ensure positive identification (name and facial recognition). The job was done neatly, professionally and in a timely manner. I would consider calling Precision Garage Doors again to replace my other garage door opener in the near future.

Almost as soon after the request was made a call was received from Precision Garage Doors and an appointment was made for the next day. There technician, Allen, was on time an very knowledgeable in repairing my problem. Not only did he complete the job in a very short timeframe but also offer advice in how to keep the door operating smoothly. Great Job!!
