JR was professional, courteous, and very knowledge. The price quoted for the repair was accurate. The installers were punctual, worked quickly, and cleaned up behind themselves. Rates, warranty, and lead times were better than other companies, including home improvement stores.

Quality is good. Customer Service gave me misleading quote. Expect to pay the high range of the quote. I can not really complain about the price as others would charge you a fortune as well when your spring break. In general, they are professional and more expensive than small shops. It is expensive. I think I can buy a new door if my spring breaks two times. The charge the spring by foot.

The company representatives kept me apprised of the technician's ETA and continued to learn that everything was proceeding well. The technician offered forth 2 options for the repair, explained them in detail, and answered my questions and addressed my concerns.

Mike was professional, courteous, punctual, cared about the quality of his work, and clearly explained what he felt needed to be corrected and why. He provided the costs of each repair, and asked which items I wanted completed. He was also kind enough to point out a few things to watch so repair could be made before other failures. I also received a 20 min call ahead, which was very useful.
I work during the day so they were able to setup a 6pm appointment to take a look at my door and provide a quote. They were also able to install the new door on Saturday which was great since I only have the weekends off. The sales and install folks were all friendly and helpful to answer any questions and offer up good information that I did not consider.
