I was promised that the serviceman's truck was fully stocked; he did not have the correct springs for my door. I was given a written estimate of my spring replacement; that estimate was revised when the serviceman discovered he would need larger springs to lift my door. So, the estimate was really a guess, and installation was trial and error, and the original estimate was not honored even though nothing about the job changed.
