They were prompt, professional, courteous and efficient. The technician arrived within the schedule window (calling 30 minutes ahead so I could leave work to meet him), provided a complete estimate and finished the work within 30 minutes. He also insured that the second garage door was working properly and within specs which I hadn't asked him to do. I'd hire them again!
