Fast, came out next business day. I used them before through Service Magic to install the garage door opener in Dec 2005. They had all tools, parts and know-how and when I told them of all the appts I had that day they managed to get to me within a 1-1/2 hour window and completed the work in 1 hour. It included a great warranty. They treated me with respect and talked me through how to do little routine maintenance to keep my garage door working well. Harry was very helpful in explaining the project to me and reviewing what I needed to have to install the side mount opener. He also communicated the skills of his contractor so I knew the job would be done right. Fantastic service, immediate response.

When making my appointement, they worked with my schedule so I didn't require any time off from work. Derrick was prompt, courteous, and friendly. I would also say he was highly professional. The doors were serviced expediently and evaluated for future preventative maintenance, for which I was given a written estimate. The charges were very reasonable. I am very pleased & would give them an extra star if possible. I will definitely call them again and definitely recommend them to others.
