Amazing Garage Doors. Thank you for excellence service.
Terrible, terrible customer service. If I could cancel and get my money back I WOULD. Called 3 times to set up an installation date, still waiting for a call back. I went with them because of the great reviews even after waiting almost 3 hours after the appointed arrival time for an estimate. NEVER AGAIN, SORRY I PURCHASED A NEW DOOR AND OPENER FROM PRECISION, UNLIKE THE SLOGAN-NOT A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST. This is no way to treat a customer.
I needed a repair on a bent strut. Within 3 minutes of arrival I was quoted over $800 for the repair (verbally - no written estimate was given which made me suspicious) and so "I might as well get a new door" and shown the catalog for new doors. I said I'm not ready to make that big of a decision without shopping around and doing some research. Amazing service, prices, punctuality, products and friendliness!
Precision responded promptly this morning when a spring broke on our door. The technician, Robert, checked the door over and explained exactly what needed to be done to repair the 30yr old door. He then walked us through the process of ordering a new door. He was friendly and wasn't pushy. I would highly recommend this company. Will update when the new door is installed in a few weeks.
They are GREAT with the install and set up. When it came to adjustments I got a song and dance that my door was too old, ground was heaving. Leaving me with a garage door opener but not a closer.
From the very beginning when the sales rep came to my house through today when Bryan and Mike came to install the garage door, I found this to be a very professionally run operation. Everything was done to my satisfaction. They did not try to 'over sell' me a product. They gave me what I requested and the price was right. The work area was left spotless! The workers were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.
