Precision Door did a good job for me. They resolved my problem quickly and at a fair price. Mark C did a great job. He was fast, courteous, neat, and above all, fixed my door!
Precision was AMAZING! They were able to schedule a service call right away. Mike was extremely helpful! He called first to do some initial troubleshooting over the phone. After he had a chance to look at the door in person, he explained everything in great detail and gave us options. Once we decided which route to go, he replaced the parts in no time. The "paperwork" part was hassle free too! Would highly recommend Precision!
Matt did an amazing job, there was a bit of a mix up with my appointment with the management office, and I ended up not getting scheduled when I was told i'd have the appointment. But I called the office the day of the install, and within a few minutes Matt called me back and was at my location within ten minutes. Afterwards he proceeded to do a very difficult job by himself, and he was outstanding. This situation could've been a 1 star if it wasn't for Matt's professionalism and expert craftsmanship.
Installer Mark Carberry was a great help and did excellent work! I had some hoops to go through with a home warranty program and he was more than happy to help. He called the company and took care of things with them and everything was approved. Had my new opener installed in less than 2 hours.
I had a whole new door and door opener installed on November 10, the coldest day so far this year. Matt was prompt, courteous and professional. He did an awesome job, I love my new door and quiet opener. Matt took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked before he left. I would definitely recommend Precision Door!
Needed a new door to replace the nearly 40 year old door on our double garage. Travis single handed removed the old door and installed the new one in just a bit over three hours. Despite the garage having settled slightly and being about 3/4" from level he had the new door working smoothly and silently. Not only was the price reasonable for a quality door and hardware, Travis' workmanship was impressive in setting up the door was impressive. This customer is well pleased in their purchase from Precision Garage Door.
Quick service...knowledgeable staff.... installed the very next day...he was on time/polite/professional...instructed me pertaining to the various highlights the product....after installation the installer encouraged me call if there was any questions or concerns...I was very satisfied with the quick installation and the quietness off the door when open and closed....two thumbs up.
We had an excellent experience with Precision recently. We needed a repair and ultimately decided to buy a new door altogether. They repaired our door in good faith, and ordered the new one. The new door was installed yesterday, and Matt did a great job. He was professional and friendly, going above and beyond. I am very happy with the product and the customer service. Highly recommend!
