very nice sales man very helpful and knowledgeable as to the garage door.and the prices were ok.looking forward to having the door in.and hopefully the techs are as nice as the salesman.
Having seen many commercials for Precision and also having a coupon for a free service call, I contacted Precision when I had a problem with my garage door. I did not expect that they would be able to come the same day but they did. Eric, the service technician was on time, pleasant and knew what he was doing. My door was fixed in about 1/2 hour at what I thought was a reasonable price. Will use them again if necessary and will recommend them as well.
I contacted Precision because I needed service to be completed on my garage door. My sister, who just had a new door installed at her home, highly recommended them. When setting up the appointment, the assistant was very kind and courteous. The work I requested was to replace the rubber striping on the bottom of door and a tune-up. I had a number of issues with our garage door including broken springs and a door that pulled out of the track. We were able to schedule an appointment and had Eric out within 24 hours. He gave a number of options regarding how to proceed and had our door fixed within 90 minutes! Eric was meticulous and very personable. I would definitely go with this company again!
Anthony called first and said he was on the way. showed up when he said. looked at what was wrong and gave me options for me situation. after done explained what was done. would recommend this company.
4 month old $1800 garage door, the bottom metal/rubber rail fell off, I got the "Oh, that's not covered, it will be $70 to put it back on" pitch.... Do not use this company, they do not stand behind their product!
By not charging $1500 more than another company for the exact same model door and brand.
Very happy customer!! Everyone was very helpful and very nice. They even offered to keep our old door working until our new door came in. Very professional.
