Michael Holbok handled our garage door problem like a true professional. He let us know that he was on his way before he arrived and quickly assessed our problem. He never over sold for what the original problem was and performed the repairs perfectly. If you have a garage door problem, run do not walk and give Michael Holbok a call. We will definitely call him again in the future.

Precision Door came to investigate my 60 year old wooden double garage door. It was beyond repair. I ordered a new door that day. However, the technicial/Salesperson made my door, at least safe to use until the new door arrived. There was no charge for that. Today, the team of two competent men dismantled my old garage door, installed the new door and removed the debris from the old door. Real troopers as it was very cold today. Very happy with the installation of my new door. It looks great and the installer Ryan even adjusted and fixed the sensors of my existing door opener. I would definitely recommend them.
Overall the communication in reference to their safety for the customer in sending you e mails of who your service representative looks like and their bio.. I would recommend everyone to Precision Door based on their excellent service and professionalism.
