I misunderstood that final charge was sum of base charge + estimate for replacing rollers. Expected final sum 180, was 244.
Service was faster than I could have hoped for. The tech who did the work, was polite, knowledgeable, and explained what was needed and the cost before work was started. Parts cost was higher than I expected.
They are true professionals, and excellent-on time, fixed my problem, and very knowledgeable.
