Our door was not working quite right after they came out the first time and they had no problem sending out the repair man again to fix the problem. Very prompt in getting to our house to fix the garage door and they even showed up early to their scheduled appointment times...I love it!
The most impressive thing about the service was the level of value I received. Not only was the replacement and balancing of the door done expertly and quickly, but the technician was very informative of things to look out for in a DIY garage door opener job (and he turned out to be dead on about the 'gotchas'). I would highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door work, either new or old, in good shape or need of repair. Outstanding job, thank you.

I was overcharged at least $300.
They did a great job!!!
Was just a little late, I believe. Only patched the door up so it still looks bad but gave me estimates on how to replace section or whole door when funds are available. Also, very knowledgeable and friendly. Very good!
