Was not informed during the initial phone conversation that both springs would need to be replaced. Went over budget, but not by an unacceptable amount.
It would have been better if the office staff had told me that the repair I was ordering was likely a minimum fee that could be increased per the inspection. I was shocked when my $120 estimate turned out to be over $500 estimate.
