Nick, the service technician, was on time, courteous, knowlegedgeable and had the necessary part in response to my request for repairs on my garage door opener - which had a broken spindle (the part which connects the motor to the chain). I have no reservation in recommending him or Precision Door Service to anyone who is looking for the same lever of service.
He was on time, pleasant, knowlegable, talked about maintance and thing that could be done for the door.
Very prompt, professional service. The only negative was that the service person upon arrival was trying to sell more than we had ordered and discussed with Kim.
