I got a call within 2 minutes of posting and was told it would cost $70 for the visit and about $80 for the torsion spring. The repairman was running late,1hr, but was courteous and nice. However I was quoted $120/torsion spring and was told that 2 springs would work better. In addition he found an end plate had worn out (+100$). He gave me a lifetime warranty if I changed rollers etc else it was only 1 yr; so I ended up paying $530 way higher than the initial quote & got the longer warranty. Also, the bid price was lower than other companies submitted for comparable doors. The doors we chose are very high quality and insulated. First Rate.
