Ron did a great job. He was fast, efficient and friendly. The door opener works great. I was very impressed with the job he did.
They called almost immedietly after I used servicemagic and sent me an email the next day. I set an appoinment for the following friday but they didn't show up. When I called they apologized and sent somebody over within the hour. Unfortunetly my garage door opener was beyond repair and was charged a service fee. They were very nice.
We had one broken pulley and some wore-out cables. I was happy that Precision "charge 69.95 for the service call, with no additional hourly charge and from there it is plus any parts that may be needed." The technitian came and told me that my garage doors shouldn't have used 3" pulley and that type of rollers. The doors were under great dangerous. He quoted me replacement parts for $790. Then gave me a huge discount, I paid $600 for 36 rollers/$300, 6 4" pulley $240 and two cables $60 parts charge with about 1 1/2 hour on t... read more

I couldn't be more pleased. They called within about 1 minute of my request and arrived at our house 20 minutes later. The garage door was fixed in less than an hour.
