II received a call from Lisa to schedule an appointment. I asked if it could be done the same day for I wanted to surprise my wife with the garage door working, Lisa worked the magic and I was able to have the work completed before my wife came home from work. Brad was the service tech that not only called me to confirm the appointment but had the old opener out and new one in, working correctly, safely, and added new safety devices to bring me up to code, plus cleaned up the working area. I felt very comfortable with the technician and felt he gave us a very honest opinion of what needed to be taken care of that day and what we will need to take care of in the future. Had he told me everything needed to be taken care of that day I would have question the company. He also not only fixed the problem he adjusted what he saw to be the source of the problem. Thank you!

They were able to schedule me for the next day with a few hours notice. The tech was running 30 minutes late due to traffic and called me to let me know that. Once he arrived he examined the door and quickly determined the cause of the issue and proposed multiple solutions.
